COMPLAINTS HANDLING PROCEDURE:
We will acknowledge the complaint within 5 working days. We will provide a likely timescale for resolving the dispute. We will keep you informed about progress.

Making A Purchase
Click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" (using navigation icons) and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.

We accept credit card payment. All credit card transactions are processed by Worldpay on their secure server. If you are shopping from Europe, North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta and there are no surcharges for this service. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail, or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
95% of orders received are fulfilled from stock allowing us to despatch by first class post within 48 hours of ordering.

Post, Packing & Handling fees vary according to product and destination and are added to your order before you checkout.

Delivery Schedule
We will normally despatch your order to you within 3 working days of ordering. International orders are generally received in 7 - 10 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. Indeed so confident are we that we offer a no-quibble 14 day cancellation policy - any purchase may be cancelled within 14 days for any reason. In the unlikely event of cancellation we will issue a refund within 30 days regardless of whether the goods have been returned. However, please note that customers are responsible for the return cost of post, packing & transit insurance charges, and any damage occuring in return transit is also the customers responsibility. If the goods are not returned by the customer within 14 days of cancellation Parentalk will arrange collection and a deduction will be made from the refund to cover the cost.
In the unlikely case of faulty goods a full refund and reasonable postage costs will be given.
